DESCRIPTIONS
DESCRIPTIONSCardiff - City of the Unexpected
Europe's smallest capital city is lauded for its fantasy castles, world-class theatre, once being home to Roald Dahl and Captain Morgan. It also has the magnificent Millennium Stadium, with a sliding roof is so large it needs falcons to scare off pigeons. The Welsh City of Arcades‚ also has the largest concentration of Victorian, Edwardian and modern-day indoor shopping arcades in Britain.
Cardiff grew rapidly through the coal trade and became the Welsh capital in 1955. Its skyline mixes the medieval walls of Cardiff Castle with grand civic buildings, sporting landmarks and the red-brick architecture of Cardiff Bay.
Our skyline brings together Llandaff Cathedral, Stadium House, the Principality Stadium and Cardiff Castle, capturing some of the architecture and landmarks that make Cardiff unmistakable.
Exclusively by Siluet‚ where cities become stories, and stories become home.
